Once your order has been placed, a Steinway representative will contact you to confirm your shipping details and provide a delivery date. We can ship to virtually any address in the continental US.

Return Policy

Steinway & Sons offers a full refund if the customer has not accepted delivery of the piano to their home. Although we do not offer a return policy once the customer has taken delivery, all new Boston pianos we sell include the Steinway & Sons Trade-Up Promise as well as a 10 year warranty.
